VIENNA, Va.—Steve Doyle, recently retired CSAA executive VP of 22 years, received the organization's Stanley C. Lott Award. Nine past presidents of CSAA attended the ceremony Dec. 3 at the Crystal City Marriott in Arlington, Va.
